 If you are looking for one new piece of "at home" fitness equipment that is very affordable, portable and versatile, you want to look at the Booty Kicker Barre.  This barre is so well designed, you can push and pull on it and it remains stable. Add some toys to it like tubing, ball, gliding discs and you can even mimic a pilates reformer workout...right there in your own home.

For my at home fitness classes, I've been recommending using a sturdy and stable chair for balance.  The chair works beautifully if you are only using it to help with balance.  But if you are looking at using something that can handle your weight if you push on it or pull back from it, you need a sturdy barre.  I didn't want to attach anything to the walls in my "at home" fitness studio so the Booty Kicker is just what I was looking for.

The design is so clever.  As you'll see, there are weight racks in the front where you can conveniently put your weights.  They are there for your workout but they also create that stability in the barre.  You'll be able to push and pull against the barre with no trouble.

This barre is super easy to assemble and there are videos that show you exactly what to do...which is great because I'm not very good at assembly.  😜😜   And it folds up easily and has wheels on the bottom so you can wheel it to wherever you want it and it is easy to store under a bed or in a closet when you aren't using it.  I am very impressed with the quality of the materials, especially for the very affordable cost.

I did a series of short stretches at the kitchen sink I appropriately called the "Ktichen Sink" Stretches.  I did them there because it allow us to actually grab on and push and pull.  Now you can also do those right from your Booty Kicker.

I'll be doing more video classes using the Booty Kicker and adding toys like our favorite Bender Ball, tubing and gliding discs so get ready to kick some booty!
