The Original Barre Recorded Classes

Gentle Somatic Yoga Recorded Classes

Gentle Somatic Yoga is a very gentle, relaxing, yet powerful way to release the (conscious and unconscious) tension you are holding in your body. You’ll get 15 full length workouts, 8 short workouts, and form tips!

Combo Stretch & Sculpt Recorded Classes

These combo stretch and sculpt short classes deliver all of the things you expected to get out of yoga, pilates and even weight training, but without the difficult poses. You’ll get 13 classes ranging from 15-30 minute and 5 classes under 15 minutes!

Trim, Tighten, and Tone with Toys Recorded Classes

Ready to take your workouts up a few notches in results and FUN? This package of classes is for you. You'll get tons of workouts using the 9" Bender Ball: 6 standing classes (30 - 40 mins); 8 floor classes (16 - 45 mins); 5 Combo classes (38 - 50 min). We even use gliding discs (or paper plates) to up the sculpting and conditioning! You'll enjoy 7 gliding classes (13 - 50 min) and we mop it all up with 2 towel classes. That's 28 classes using fun toys to get some great results.

3 T-Tapp Moves to Transformation

You can get a full body workout with just 3 T-Tapp moves. It's effective and time efficient for our busy lives. You’ll get 10 classes all under 20 minutes that only use 3 T-Tapp moves! Plus and 8 minute warm up!

30 Minute T-Tapp Classes

Enjoy a collection of T-Tapp workouts that are all 30 minutes long. You’ll get 11 standing workouts, 3 walking workouts, and 3 floor workouts!

T-Tapp Floor Fun

In this awesome collection of floor workouts you’ll get 8 classes between 12-27 min, 5 classes between 30-40 min, and 6 form tip videos!

Basic Workout

This is the full Basic Workout +. The original Basic Workout as taught by Teresa Tapp was 18 minutes long. In this class, we'll go through it together at a slower and easier to follow pace. This version is 40 minutes long.

GREAT for those new to T-Tapp!

Total Workout

Total Workout, as designed by Teresa Tapp consisted of Basic Workout+ as the foundation and first part of the workout. This class package is the 2nd part of Total Workout which begins with lunges and continues through to include balance, arms, twists, airplanes, Thread the needles and lawnmowers. The second part can be more challenging. We'll go through it together at a slower and easier to follow pace. This package has the workout divided into 2 classes, each 40 minutes.

T-Tapp Basic Workout - Short Version

This is the full Basic Workout (with 2 sets of hoe downs) done all the way through with little instruction and very few form tips. This workout is 18 minutes long. You should already be familiar with the workout to do this version.

 

T-Tapp Method 102
