Exercises That Tighten Your Stomach

Exercises That Tighten Your Stomach

Would you love to learn a super simple way to tighten your stomach? A way you can easily add in to your day without struggle or pain! Yes! A “sneaky fit” move that will absolutely tighten all the muscles in your torso.

Something you can do while standing in the grocery store line, sitting in a zoom meeting 😜, sitting on the floor…

In this video, I share a breathing technique you can use all through the day. I am teaching it to you while sitting in a chair to show you how you can work your abs even if you can’t get on the floor for “traditional” ab workouts.

Yes…it’s simple but requires two things:

  1. You must actually DO IT!

  2. You must do it with as much intensity as you can. i.e. when you pull that belly button in towards your back, really pull it in and hold tightly for those 3 seconds. Don’t cheat yourself.

After I teach you this powerful breathing technique and we do a few rounds together, I issue you a CHALLENGE. I know you love a CHALLENGE!

14 Day Challenge!

Measure your torso. Get your measurements above the breast across your pecs, under your bra line, at your waist and an inch below your belly button.

One “repetition” is 5 times to the front and 5 times to each side. Do 10 repetitions a day for 14 days in a row. You don’t have to do the repetitions at the same time. Maybe do 2 repetitions in the morning, 2 more repetitions before lunch, 2 more repetitions about 30 minutes after lunch, 2 repetitions late afternoon and the last 2 in the evening. You don’t have to use this schedule. It is just an example. Feel free to mix it up however it works for you.

You can also use this breathing technique to enhance the results of any workout you are doing. If you are doing T-Tapp, use it for any of the twisting moves like T-Tapp Twist Stretch or Jazz Twist.

After 14 days, measure again. Prepare to be excited! Come back and share your success!!!

Then simply continue to use this breathing technique daily to continue your success at tightening your stomach!

xoxo
