How To Get Rid of Your Batwing Arms in 2 Weeks!

It’s Summer and time to bare those guns! This year is so special because we finally get to come out of hibernation and socialize again. But if you find your arms drooping a bit more than you’d like 😜, no worries. I’ve got you covered with this “Sleeveless Summer Arm Challenge”. If you do these short workouts for 2 weeks, your arms will be noticeably stronger and more toned.

You don’t need any weights or props for this first workout. But that doesn’t mean it will be easy. It requires you to really focus on using your own muscles and lengthening to create the intensity and results.

I suggest doing this first video for 7 days in a row. If you miss a day, just pick it back up when you can. The more days in a row you can do it, the better the results.

You can either continue doing this workout or move to this second workout. In this second workout, I add a pair of leggings! I know…kind of weird but they work great. They have just enough stretch to give you a great workout but not so much that you lose stability. And most of us have an old pair of leggings we can use. 👖

Either add this next video to the first one for a super set or just do this second video for the next 7 days! Woo Hoo!!! 🔥💪👏 Burn Baby Burn!

Second 7 Days…if you’d like to amp up the intensity, do this video either after the first one or all by itself…

I told you it was an Arms CHALLENGE!!! Which means that while it’s “DO able”, it’s still a challenge. I hope you found your leggings to be a great workout companion. It’s amazing all the ways you can find to use them to intensify your workouts. Great for torso trimming too. You could even tie the two ends together, tighten them and put them around the outside of your thighs and use them for side leg trimmers too.
