Exercise To Tighten Legs and Bum!

If you want an exercise to tighten legs and bum, I've got a great one for you. This move is from my "Original Barre" class and it's call 1/2 banana. WHY? You'll see when you watch this video.

It is a short but powerful move that absolutely will tighten your legs and bum. It will also melt that extra fluff from the top of your hips, backside and waist. It is a great multi-tasking exercise.

How do I know? Because it’s helped me lose 2 inches from my hips and 1inch on each thigh…along with the rest of the “Original Barre” class moves.

You can do this move daily if you want to see fast results. Or do it every other day and still find your extra fluff melting away.
