38 Minute Toning Class For Baby Boomer Women

Would you love a short (38 Minute) toning class that is en-joyable to do and will leave you feeling fit and fabulous? If so…this class is for YOU.

It’s all done on the floor and you don’t need any equipment. I do use a cushie (hemorrhoid cushion under my hips for the series of moves we do on our sides. You don’t have to have it to get great results but I find it protects my hipbones and keeps my hip vertically stacked so I get the best toning results with this alignment. You could also use a rolled towel or blanket if you find it is painful on your side while doing the moves.

I combine floor moves from the T-Tapp Core Floor workout with ab work from my Original Barre class and I threw in a few moves from other workouts too. The combination just flowed beautifully.

The brain and body both do best when given new moves than the ones they are used to. By combining different moves in this toning class, you get the best of all worlds. Not only that but it was a fun class and it felt wonderful!
